Stephen's wit, enthusiasm and journalism fortitude is the reason we listen to it in our office. Great job

In response to the interview with Christine Sorensen president Of the BCNU. I do have to comment on how much emphasis was placed upon a critical nursing shortage in BC. I do find it quite appalling how within the most populous union in Canada, the BCNU serves its Members only $1000 for educational upgrades. LPNs were once members of the HUE, HUE provided unlimited financial resources for educational upgrades. It is a shame that the BCNU refuses to do the same for LPNs to upgrade into the role of a RN. Especially since BC is recognized as a very expensive place to live, There are several experienced LPNs who would love the opportunity to upgrade into a RN role however several are unable to achieve this goal due to the high cost of living and educational expense. BCNU and the employers need to do more to support the many nurses who wish to upgrade but cannot.

No stars. Let’s talk HATE SPEECH. So radical, as they announce the desire to reduce hate speech while exuding copious amounts of hate on those who don't agree with their views. We as Canadians shouldn't be paying for this GARBAGE!!!

We love Radio One, but only when we have the voices we are used to. The current program is great, but only when Sheryl MacKay is here. Waking up to a non-MacKay calm voice is a shock to the system. I know the current announcer is helping out but not fair to the listeners, sorry, his voice is just not what we want to hear on this program, again - apologies. Replacements must have a voice to match hers sorry, other than the required news we are turning CBC radio off this morning. Apologies.

This program was absolutely fist rate. It should be repeated as many times as possible for all of the Citizens of Earth. What is the name of the interview from 8-9pm Pacific time? I'm in Washington State.

I listen to FM88.1 Vancouver and finally feel it is necessary to write something. This evening at approx 7:30 PM I listen three interviews all of them were with Americans. I thought I was listening to a US radio station and checked the dial. This is not the first time. CBC there are many note worth Canadians and certainly many academics, researcher, artists and interesting people. Try and interview Canadians, this will help promote Canadian authors, artist and our culture.

The cost of alcohol is up in the air for debate, I say go ahead and raise the cost , we just go find our buddies and go halfers...there will always be a solution.
