In addition to music they have news, weather and traffic reports and various programs dedicated to sports, finance, culture etc. and cover all major interests of urban youth.

Metro FM radio station broadcasts on FM Stereo using different frequencies in various regions of South Africa. Although they are a well-established radio station they seem to still have no app for listening to them on your smartphone or tablet.
