  The women doing the evening segment are absolutely brutal. I don’t know their names and can’t listen long enough to know them. And there are a lot of really good female sports personalities but these ladies aren’t close to adequate. Sad that gender alone plays into hiring decisions.

  Sports talk radio has gone off a cliff in Vancouver, and we are left with only the offerings of Sportsnet 650 hosts and commentators. Bland, boring interchangeable "Agents of Average", 3 or 4 daily versions of "Prattle & Gossip" dishing out non-stop emphatic opinions and rumours with no street cred behind them, unrelieved by guests or input from anyone with real sports experience (ourside of fellow "broadcaster experts" and "insiders").Hockey coverage and commentary provided almost exclusively by people who may have never put on a pair of skates. much less played at a high, much less NHL , level. Impossible to listen to.

  Yes alot of dead air space in the evening it's like the signal dropped and no one at the station is aware of it. LETS TALK CANUCKS HOCKEY and forget the rest because the rest doesn't matter. Too bad CKNW no longer carry Canucks broadcast. It was the stations biggest mistake dropping Canucks hockey. AM 650 is ok but some of the hosts are boring as he'll to listen too.

  I have lots of concerns with your programming, especially blank dead space with technical problems constantly? The strength of your band width is ridiculous. Plus your producers and technical staff don’t appear to be very competent! As well, at least half of your on air staff is inept! They don’t seem to realize they work in sports radio? Constantly filling air space with pop culture, movies, video game analogy, food and opinions about irrelevant sports topics? Staff that relies primarily on speculation and innuendo rather than having knowledgeable, well connected, informed insiders and sports analysts! Feels more like a high school radio station that a sports radio station!🤢 We are stuck with your station covering local sports!😢😎

  Great Canucks broadcast staff. Good at sensitive subjects----mental health, pointing out foibles like stereotypes, etc., especially by Corey Hirsch. Other sports need to be covered, too. At times, it gets sickening, with no end to bitching and second-guessing about the Canucks, almost in end-of-the-world scenarios. Funny and sad at the same time! Alert: sometimes I do want to hear about the NFL, lacrosse, rugby.

  Way too much Blue Jay's not only games but at least 2 ultra boring hits a day soft no local coverage, and the Canucks content is fat and lazy, obviously a sportnet cheer leader, it's dead air to me except the 6 to 9 guys

  This is a Canuck hockey town, where is all the coverage? I tuned in at lunch and they are playing coverage for God knows what sport, maybe baseball in what country? Where is Feraro and the likes of those local insiders? The only thing disappointing about the window opening up for the Canucks is this media deal. Its like the media group had to accept Vancouver to get Toronto and is working hard to invest nothing into it and squeeze anything out.
