Ikwekwezi FM is a national radio station based in Hatfield (Tshwane), South Africa and is owned by South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC). The name Ikwekwezi means “the star” in Ndebele. Management team consisted of Whites only, but the goal of this radio station was to promote Ndebele language, so they broadcasted mostly in Ndebele. According to the statistics published on their website Ikwekwezi FM has almost 2 Mio listeners from Northern part of South Africa and is available on 90.6-107.7 FM frequencies depending upon your geographic location.
