  I'm not a football fan and sometimes there is too much for me but the rest of the time the interviews and reports are excellent and with a less sombre and at times banterish flavour. Great station all round.

  Home from home .....more so than radio 4 and the world service.......I miss this RADIO 5 ...especially now with such great presenters ...like now ...Colin Murray

  was actually mortified the presenter dealing with the carbon foot print at home , about food we use and watse in the home ..actively encouraged listerners to feed their left over fruit and veg to other peoples horses ..after the lady who rang in said that is what she did !!! ..do you know how many peoples horse die each year from passers by feeding them stuff they shouldnt have !! ..no one should be feeding anyone elses horses ever !! ..we have been campaigning hard to stop this with holiday maker to our area ..so was flabbergasted !! .. please do some research before encouraging behaviour that doesnt involve your own animals ..i am hoping yesterdays show hasnt done too much damage and hopefully radio 5 will put i right
