After the relaunch on February 19, 2014, music on DRadio Wissen plays a much larger role despite the still high proportion of spoken content and is fully integrated into the program. At night, the soundtrack exclusively features an unmoderated music rotation. The musical soundscape is intended to be significantly more heterogeneous than is usually the case with other youth radio stations.
