Listen to 2MBS Fine Music for ideas on what a radio station should sound like! The ABC has lowered itself to the lowest common denominator and sounds more like an idiotic commercial station. Shame Aunty, shame.

Thoroughly sick of Russell Torrens playing the Star Wars theme music at least once each time he is broadcasting. Have been turning radio off when he is presenting due to the predictability of his playing of this piece of film music.

I used to be an ardent listener of Classic FM in the days when it was almost entirely music and you got ADVANCE notice of the programme. Now there is less music and far too much talk, worse when two presenters are on at the same time, chatting with each other, trying to be funny: two salaries and less music! Now on line there is the utterly bizarre scheme of telling what HAS BEEN played, not what IS TO BE played. Now I switch on at random to hear what is being played, which is hit and miss and not at all satisfactory. Please less talk, more music, and for God;s sake tell us in advance what is to be played as of yore!!

ABC FM was my favorite- then the talking heads took over - They developed a play list and have become Woke ABC - never listen now -3MBS is better - people present music - not gender transformation etc

Classic FM is my default radio both at home and when driving. The music is usually great but you cannot please us all all of the time. I would prefer presenters who use clear English and keep a constant volume. resenters who speak to the listener rather that to their colleague in the studio. Sorry Russell, I miss most of what you say, despite my having normal to good hearing. I just cannot tune in to that accent.

Female presenters of the past have given memorable broadcasts. Nice to see more like them who could and can hold their voice an enunciate each word. Could todays females go back to elocution lessons please.

Always positive and reflecting joy and energy when I’m sure they didn’t always feel that way — what a positive group of people Who haven’t alluded to all those overused terms associated with the C-19 !! and the MUSIC !!!! Stupendous Magnificent Beethoven — what an opportunity to celebrate him and his genius — I’m voting for The Tempest —( can’t get the vote thru on the website — but the Emperor is probably my unmovable love ....
