Radio Bob! Nu Metal

In the 90s, everything was new—or rather, 'Nu' or 'Nü.' What was once simply categorized under the general label of 'Alternative Metal' now gets its own name: Nu Metal, the crossover of metal with other genres. The influences come from a variety of directions: hip-hop, grunge, alternative, hard rock, and funk. Elements of synth-pop, punk, or jazz are also woven in.
