90.3 WRST-FM Oshkosh is a non-commercial radio station located on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. To provide listeners in the city of Oshkosh and surrounding areas with a schedule of educational, informational and entertaining programming complementary to that which is offered by other radio services.
