Launched in 2016 as part of Bedrock Radio, as a second hospital radio service available in local hospitals & online serving older people in East London and South Essex.
Bedrock Radio is a charity radio station with the objective of; Providing relief of sickness, poor health and old age, and advancement of health through the promotion of the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle & having good personal mental and physical health for the public benefit.
