Wij zien onszelf als een opleidingsradio die iedereen de kans biedt om tijdens een stage de eerste stappen in de journalistiek te zetten. We beperken ons niet alleen tot theorie, maar leggen vooral de nadruk op praktijk. Vanaf het begin kun je bij ons achter de microfoon stappen en meewerken aan de uitzendingen. Naast onze eigen opleiding werken we ook samen met professionals van de Landesanstalt für Medien in Düsseldorf of halen we presentatoren uit de grote radiostations in de omgeving naar de studio om ons werk te verfijnen.
