  Flicking through stations a few weeks ago after hearing the same 50 songs on another station...mmm I can't think of it's name..... and stumbled on 'Say Hello to Heaven' by Temple Of The Dog and I instantly felt at home - no one else plays that on the radio!!

  Been planning to move up here for a couple of years to the goldie Gold Coast from CoVictoria in February just in time to escape this nasty pandemic and was sick of hearing boring ego morning shows then at work my workmates had Rebel blasting away amd it blew me away with the choice of rock songs rhat i hadn’t heard in literally decades and i wouldn’t tune-out from Rebel heaps and heaps of classics also the down to earth morning show to Davo driving home and night nights with rock 🎸 LEGEND Alice Cooper!

  Great station I love it but on today’s playlist you have missed when you played Metallica-Sad but true. It was just before the top of the hour because I remember the news came on right after it. Maybe 1400AEST. If I’m right a Rebel T-shirt would be nice 😉

  REBEL : The best radio station on Aussie airwaves ! Im a tradie now ? BUT in the 80's I was a drummer in a few big Australian bands. Listening to Rebel FM here in Byron Bay where I now live brings back such Awesome memories of how unique music was recorded and written and performed.I also have been introduced to some fantastic new rock music from the new era !   This Station has changed my life!! Now I cant wait to go to work (well...), get in my car, go on a 2 hour "Half Hour walk, just waiting for the next Zep tune!! Every song I hear is Awesome, and don't get me started on Nights with Alice Cooper!! OMG he his truly a living legend, a gem. Its a privilege to listen to him.
