We provide locally oriented music programs, interviews, current events, news, weather and warnings in emergency situations. EMFM provides a service for the local community that commercial radio stations don’t provide. We broadcast 24/7 not only in Echuca and Moama but across an area bordered by Mathoura, Torrumbarry, Lockington, Elmore and Kyabram. Beginning in Matong Road Echuca, we have held a full broadcasting licence since November 4th 1997 and moved to our current rooms at Echuca East Oval in Sutton Street on 12th February 2007. The transmitter is on site and with 2 production studios and an office, Radio EMFM is now technically equipped with the same facilities that you would see in a commercial radio station.
