Where else can you share your morning coffee with The Meters, Marvin Gaye, Lettuce , Earth Wind and Fire, Stevie...the list goes on. WJZP is a treasure trove of the vibes you need without the chit chat and obnoxious ads. Awesome balance of genres new and old that just makes sense!

Although still an afficiando of classical, world and folk music, my interests have turned of late to the immensely creative world of jazz and the blues. What a joy to listen and learn. Having recently moved to Portland, to "discover" 107.9 is a gift; on ll of the time - streaming.. It does not cure Covidosis and it sure helps the lockdown. A grateful and appreciative, Peter H.
