Born in Montreal (October, 1960), Rob has acquired the perfect blend between North American and European influences. Music was predominant in his early years and at age eleven he picked up the guitar and never looked back. Between the ages of 13 and 16 years old, he formed a band ("Locust") with 2 schoolmates. They played various high school dances and came in second in a "Battle Of The Bands" contest. By the time he was 18, the band had dismembered and Rob found himself as an assistant recording engineer working in various local recording studios. Leaving music on the "back burner", Rob devoted his time in learning the art & science of recording and everything else involved in audio/music record production. It wasn't long before his musical and technical skills joined together to propel him into an award winning Producer/Engineer.
