  I love this radio station! It's quickly grown to be my favorite because I can listen for hours and it's always a great selection of artists across smooth jazz. They play the timeless classics, but I really appreciate that they support emerging artists with aircover. We fans want to hear the artists that we wouldn't otherwise get a chance to hear. The Summer Series with artist interviews every Friday is a great chance to hear directly from the artists themselves. I also love that this is a local Seattle area station, although you can enjoy it from anywhere.

  This radio station is absolutely top-notch! I love tuning in and listening for hours to the incredible variety of artists and great music. I especially appreciate that they support and play indie artists alongside well-known favorites, which makes discovering new music even more enjoyable. No matter the time of day, there's always something great playing. The programming is excellent, and the music selection keeps me coming back. Thank you for being my go-to radio station—I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great music and a fantastic listening experience!

  SJBR truly encapsulates the true Essence of Smooth Jazz. Smooth Jazz is R and B styled music usually with instrumentalists fronting the band instead of vocalists! Couple that with jazz and R and B improvisational solos and you have the foundation of smooth jazz. SJBR reminds me of the 80's when Smooth Jazz was at it's peak, and jazz stations were independent! Every City had a different take on Smooth Jazz.....That's why I love SJBR! They are not afraid to play emerging artists, or harken back to the day of Grover Washington Junior, Ronnie Laws, Foreplay, Kim Pensyl, and other greats! I can't wait until SJBR is 24/7!
