KNDN is located in Farmington, New Mexico on the border of the Navajo reservation-the largest Indian reservation in the country. KNDN 960AM, all Navajo radio began in 1957 and continues on today with daily Navajo language broadcasting including news, information, and music. There are also live open microphone programs for listeners to make their own announcements for news, meetings, funerals, ceremonies and other happenings pertinent to the Navajo Nation.
Love this station since I was a young guy growing up and this will always be my favorite station. Keep up the good work,but our language should be the dominant on this station,nothing else.

I enjoy and appreciate the talented Navajo speaking personnel at KNDN. The information broadcast from this radio station is to educate us. It is up to an individual to choose whether they want to appreciate or disrespect or twist the message. Most of us are taught to respect and become educated by researching and further educating others who lack technology. Remember our kindergarten rules... be nice to each other. Yes, I concur with V. Begaye...Mr. Rafael, has undoubtedly thrown blame with his offset remarks towards unvaccinated individuals & contradicts himself with the vaccinated to still be at large to contract the illness. Just deliver the news & stop preaching to us.

Listening yesterday morning. I felt discrimination by Lydell. You cannot blame people who are not vaccinated for others catching the virus. I changed the station.
