This fearless programming helped launch and sustain careers, giving airtime to artists who were often blacklisted by more conservative corporate outlets.

Love KNAC. But can't get the stream now. So missing DJ Will and Eddie Trunk's FM show. Always enjoyed "The Wild Side" with Diana DeVille. (And actually listened to the station on the air when I visited some friends in LA/Anaheim area back in '87)
