  Ask Jessica hypothetically speaking say a father he just got out of prison and the mother put him Father on child support , he has no attorney unfortunately he just got out of prison so he has no funds for legal representation. Speed it up of course the mother has a win for the father he has no legal representation for he just got out of prison but he notices that he didn't receive a visitation schedule and ask the mother's attorney why is that and she says because you just got out of prison and if we give you a schedule you must keep it or you can be called upon of contempt of court. What are the steps of Father must take to attain a visitation schedule and how much would that cost?
