Information about the radio

Em 1986 foi criada a “Rádio Toca da Moura”, pirata, precursora da actual “Rádio Caria”.
A partir de 1988 dá-se início ao processo de legalização daquela estação de Rádio. Em Março de 1989 foi-lhe atribuído o alvará para o Exercício da Actividade de Radiodifusão já com o nome "Rádio Caria. Em Setembro de 1989 começam as emissões regulares e oficiais 14h por dia com dois animadores efectivos e cinco colaboradores. Em 1996 a emissão estende-se às 24h, que se mantém até à presente data.
