Yetu community radio boasts of being a unique radio as it is based in a refugee camp setup and is the only radio in Malawi that broadcasts in five languages, namely; English, Chichewa, Kiswahili, French, and Kinyarwanda.
The station broadcasts on 99.1 MHZ across the central region of Malawi.
