Die Beiträge sind überwiegend deutsch, grossteils in den Dialekten des Bündner- und des Walserdeutsch. Einzelne Sequenzen werden auch auf Rätoromanisch ausgestrahlt.
Der Redaktionssitz befindet sich in der Bündner Kantonshauptstadt Chur im Quartier Chur West in der Comercialstrasse 22. Radio Grischa hatte nach Angaben von Radiocontrol täglich 72.000 Hörer und war zudem Marktführer im Sendegebiet mit 14,5 % (Stand Februar 2012).
