2021. godine Radio M predstavlja prvu mrežu digitalnih radio stanica u Bosni i Hercegovini koje se mogu slušati putem računara. Mrežu digitalnih radio stanica Radija M čine: M plus radio, Radio M Ex-Yu, Radio M Everygreen, Radio M Cafe, Radio M Gym, Radio M Narodni. Radio M je prvi u Bosni i Hercegovini i trenutno jedini omogućio slušaocima da najdraže žanrove slušaju bilo gdje da se nalaze.
