WQED-FM provides excellent classical music 24-7: we get to hear the performances of the Pittsburgh Symphony as well as the performances of other musical groups. The announcers are all very professional -- they provide us with a clear understanding of the music.

Absolutely best classical station there is. I went to Carnegie Mellon University for music, and this was a blessing to have in the area. Not to mention its enormous contributions to television, such as Mr. Rogers neighborhood.

The best radio station in Pittsburgh. Some may disagree with me, but the frequent commercials and obnoxious chatter of radio hosts on most other stations is difficult to listen to when I want relaxation and peace.
