Like the majority of music being played, I don't care for the beastie boys, but people like them too I guess, enjoy all the other music played. Can't have it all.

Idk why everyone assumes the only people listening are millenials. I am 53 grew up in the 80's. I truly enjoy listening to this station. I may not enjoy every sing but by percentages it beats out a lot of other local stations. The female jocks are another enjoyable reason to listen. They are intelligent and informatiive. So if you dont like the station change the channel.

Generally speaking if you are a young millennial, buy your car from a vending machine,tattoo your entire body, wear your hat backwards, dress. In an old t shirt and baggy shorts to travel,think all your kids deserve a trophy,then you have no idea how a radio station like smooth jazz with announcers that connected with their audience and programmed some really smooth jazz that made ones drive so enjoyable . This generation that can't go five minutes without their phone etc will gladly accept generic radio ,why, because that is the IN thing to do. What mentality ,like sheep.

genuinely good station, plays a lot of good music. and to all of the people who are sad that their jazz format doesn't exist anymore, a format change is a format change and probably won't be undone, especially in this scenario where the stations ratings have absolutely spiked up since then.

So sad that "The wave" changed the format from Smooth jazz to what pretty much every single station plays this days. I had so much joy when I could sometimes receive a signal here at Erie PA and now it's just copy and paste from similar format stations.

This used to be the best station in Ohio when they were The Wave. Now they are just another generic bland station playing the same garbage as every other station. Don't bother with it.
