Snyder Fire Dispatch

The Snyder Fire Department has one primary and one secondary repeater frequency, on conventional single channel repeaters. There are no talk groups. The frequencies carry dispatch, response and coordination radio traffic. Occasionally operations are conducted on these frequencies, but routinely a tactical frequency is used. These repeaters are in Snyder, Scurry County Texas, and have a range of about 30 miles in all directions. There is no encryption, and all frequencies are open air to anyone desiring to listen. I am the custodian of both repeaters, and I control all access.
