Radio Pelivan je osnovan 14. Aprila 2023. godine u Dragašu. Radio je namenjen prvenstveno za pripadnike Goranskog govornog područja, ali takođe emituje i muziku sa ExYu prostora. Radio Pelivan emituje se preko interneta i koristi Shoutcast server, kvalitetan format zvuka MP3 od 128kbps. Iskustvo koje je prethodilo, dovelo nas je da osnujemo jednu ovakvu internet radio stanicu sa zvučnim imenom za naše prostore.
