Jowi fm is a top dholuo radio station based in kisumu. Started in April 2019 in Siaya as Ratego Radio, in Nov. 2022 it rebranded to Jowi FM, relocated to Kisumu, expanded it's coverage area to Homa Bay, Siaya, Kisumu Migori, Kisii and Nyamira on 98.1fm.
