D.B.S. Radio, as the station is popularly known, evolved from the Windward Islands Broadcasting Service (WIBS) to Radio Dominica and, finally, to the Dominica Broadcasting Corporation. This transition has seen giant strides in development within the service; improvements at the time in the AM and the upgrading of the FM service.
Weather News announcer sounds like the person is learning to read. There needs to be better flow. Also the ad states that there is s news from every corner of the world but hardly cover any particular area reporting the news. Just a few adjustments to make this part of DBS dynamic.
