CAYA is a show focused at educating and spreading awareness around mental health matters. Its primary focus is on mental health and how it affects all aspects of our lives including emotional, physical, financial, spiritual, and more. It’s talk intensive show that focuses on real life situations that people encounter on a daily basis. It seeks to give guidance and providesa platform to talk and heal anxiety, depression and other relevant disorders that students live with.
