ESHS RAMS RADIO

Rams Radio participants work as DJ personalities, Production and Research Assistants and Peer Leaders. They operate all radio broadcast equipment, develop all radio show content and programming, select all positive music, conduct media literacy, and peer leadership workshops geared towards other youth in the community.

Participants build social, academic, and work skills through their participation as employees of a radio station and as peer leaders for their youth. They develop a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and empowerment to help them navigate life.
