The Bash

WVJC is a 50,000 watt noncommercial, non-profit broadcasting facility serving a population of 155,000 in southeastern Illinois and southwestern Indiana. The station broadcasts 24 hours a day from studios located on the campus of Wabash Valley College in Mount Carmel, Illinois at 89.1 fm. WVC is a part of the Illinois Eastern Community Colleges District #529. WVJC is the Tri-state's choice for Alternative Rock programming. Our music programming is chosen locally through affiliations with Jones TM and the Radio & Records Alternative Chart.
