  Love the River KRVR. A decade into being a SCAL transplant growing up near Ventura County with 4-6 great stations over the years since the 60's, KRVR plays the best classic R&R without being as dated as KRTH is/was and always better on commercials being an owned station instead of Syndicated like KHWK which is a good backup but certainly has lots more annoying commercials and talk radio. SCAL Faves were KLOS,KROQ, KWST, KMET,KRTH....

  Happened upon your station last week as I drove in the Modesto-Stockton area and was thrilled to find a station that doesn't keep repeating the same songs, like all the stations that have sold out and become owned by one of the two big national station owners. Back home in Florida now, and you'll find me tuning in at home every so often. Thanks!

  The River is my station in Modesto. You guys are on my PC, Laptop, Tablet, Android phone, and in my Blazer. If the radio, or radio app is on, you are. keep on keeping on.
