When in living in Chicago they got me through work, workouts and stress of the day, especially missed Smooth Jazz after dark segment would have the radio or stream on all night. Great team and crew over the years and truly missed, glad found the channel. In California, so mostly Monterrey Jazz influence. Wish could restart the station in these times.

I have been thinking about the name of this station for years and finally remembered it; WNUA! My brother would have this playing when he got home from work and I would listen to it before heading out to high school and later work as well. Glad this station is still going.

I just landed on this! I'm so happy to see 95.5 back--we met at a WNUA concert and you helped raise our kids! We've been fans for a long time. Thank you!

YES! IT HAS RETURNED! Thank you so much. COVID is now a thing of the past. Chicago is not Chicago without WNUA. Greetings from Somerset, Kentucky. Moved threre after living 30+ years in CHI Town.

Oh wow, I was googling around for nostalgia reasons while listening to my WNUA Sampler CDs when I ran into this. So miss listening to this radio station! Lights Out Chicago and the Sunday Jazz Brunch anyone?

WNUA was my radio station back in the 80's and 90's. Rick O'Dell and others. Happy Holidays!
-
Good to know that when I come to the windy that i can get some good music. Gotta tip. Recently I went through Cleveland and got to listen to a local group named " Jack's Jazz." on my radio, a tune named "Time and Space". Loved it. Give them a listen.
