„A nocturne was originally a free instrumental piece in baroque times. It became especially famous through romantic composers Frederic Chopin and Franz Liszt, who both are great musical influences for me. Like the name suggests, nocturnes are pieces which are composed for the night and most of the time they have a rather calm and sentimental character. I retained some of the melancholic vibes, but added a good sense of power and energy. This nocturne is not for going to sleep, but to get the night started!“
Schlindwein is a berlin based pianist, composer and producer.
Being taught in classical piano from early childhood on and making his mark as an electronic-music producer and DJ since a few years, he lives in two musical worlds which clash in his songs and form a new symbiosis. Straightforward Techno and Deep-House are entangled with classically inspired melodies and merge into his unique style of producing and playing.
Since the release of his first single in 2016 he has played at many of the legendary, as well as at the up-and-coming parties and locations of Berlin and even expanded his radius to other capitols around Europe.
