Hello Eye Radio/Emmanuel Joseph Akile. Call me Erneo Balasio: I am really very much concern about the attitude of South Sudanese citizens regarding environment pollution through littering of empty water bottles all over. The mayor of Juba City Council these days is doing his level best to collect these waste and clean the environment. Customs market use to be very bad. In spite all the efforts of JCC, you wake in the morning to see the same or more than what was collected yesterday. Another unpleasant behaviour is the throwing of empty bottles (water, soda, etc.) via windows of sophisticated cars, entailing the person/people in the vehicles are civilized citizens. However, we need to come to senses that polluted environment is associated with many plagues/diseases. Thus, I would like to suggest that the Mayor of JCC put in place standing rigorous measures/laws to punish the perpetrators. Again the JCC needs to put waste bins all over the city.
