Radio Shadhin 92.4 FM is the newest addition to the FM Radio industry of the Bangladeshi media circle. We began a rudimentary test transmission during September 2012, followed by our commercial launch during March 2013, and now we can be heard at this very moment by the population of approximately 15 million that reside in and around Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Shadhin 92.4 FM believes in the spirit of freedom. And we believe that in order to embrace our freedom and to bring about positive changes within & around ourselves we must first break the shackles, which exist within us; we must as Bob Marley put it, “emancipate ourselves from mental slavery”. In order to portray this brand philosophy, we have chosen the words “Rise Up” to reflect what we stand for and believe in. Somewhere in our hearts, we sing the songs, the dreams and the ambitions and possibilities that are a young and new Bangladesh. We are not young and green in only age; rather, we believe age is merely a number, a boundary; it does not define the youth inside us, the spring that is in every step and every heartbeat. As our slogan suggests, we wish to “rise up” from these boundaries. So let's Rise Up! :)
