It's not just about the job when you speak as an RJ; you also need to communicate, entertain people with your talents, and have pleasure in your work. Do not operate a radio station just for commercial gain; it is terribly sad that so few people currently listen to radio. Make an effort to make the station more fun and interesting so that listeners will enjoy it!
