Released on Gateway 719, b/w "I'm Glad I Waited", by Janet Deane, it is actually Janet Vogel along with The Skyliners on this beautiful ballad and showed what a good singer she was.
This also shows up on some sites as having been released on Mastodon 101 (with the same backing song) but I'm not familiar with the story of that release.
Jimmy Beumont's Skylyiners official website lists the release date as 1962, as do some other sites, while 1963 is also often listed on other sites, including the info listed for the 40th Anniversary Skyliners 2-cd set.
