On the eve of the release of Audioslave's third and final album Revelations, Chris Cornell went on a short acoustic tour where he presented for the first time certain songs such as Wide Awake, Untill We Fall and Original Fire. In addition to this first (and only) campaign to promote the new album, he was also starting to behave as a solo artist again, remembering songs from his first individual album, and some Soundgarden stuff and covers. In any case I still consider these little acoustic shows part of Audioslave's history, which would only end months later.
Chris Cornell live at BBC Sessions - 09/04/2006

Original Fire You've Got to Hide Your Love Away (The Beatles Cover) Black Hole Sun (Soundgarden) Can't Change Me (Chris Solo) Like a Stone Redemption Song (Bob Marley Cover)
