If you're new to weightlifting or powerlifting you may never have learned how to adjust a GHR/GHD to the correct height to do back and hip extensions properly. You may not even know you're doing them wrong or that the pad/fulcrum should be set differently for back than hip extensions. We show you how to set this properly for both in the video.
And yes we know that it's not too popular to do flex and extend the lumbar spine in exercise these days but many weightlifters still use this exercise with great success to keep their low backs strong for pulls and healthy.
